David Dorbin has worked in youth training for non-profit organizations. He is a liberal studies major at Mercer University. His plan is to couple the skills that he has gained in
non-profits to aid international youth training programs. In 2006, he founded a program called the EFFORT FOUNDATION to help address the issue of childhood obesity, which led to working
with other community training programs for young adults. He has worked with a mission outreach in Guatemala as part of the liberal studies program. This coming summer he will be
involved in another mission outreach program to Kenya. They work with local farmers, the community, and children in these countries on basic skills.
